1. Studio Scope & Production Agreements
WithArt Creations provides bespoke photography, cinematic videography, 4K film mastering, and social video production for luxury events, exhibitions, weddings, and commercial brands. All commissioned work is bound by a formal written Production Agreement outlining deliverables, shoot schedules, and crew allocations.
2. Booking Retainers & Calendar Locks
Dates for wedding celebrations, corporate keynotes, and multi-day exhibitions are reserved exclusively upon receipt of the contractual booking retainer. Informal discussions or automated AI discovery calls do not constitute a confirmed production lock.
3. Visual Licensing & Copyright
Upon full settlement of production invoices, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial license to publish, broadcast, and distribute deliverables across corporate, broadcast, digital, and social channels according to the agreed usage tiers.
4. Governing Law
These terms and all commercial production contracts shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
